The Overview
Movement’s always been my throughline.
I grew up an athlete, a lifelong runner who loved the push, the structure, and the thrill of competition. For years, movement meant discipline, drive, and strength — until I found yoga.
When I found yoga, everything I thought I knew about movement changed.
Movement became something deeper: presence over performance, strength within stillness, effort softened by ease.
Since 2017, I’ve taught and trained around the world — from Cambodia to DC to New York City — sharing an approach that blends mindfulness, form, and flow.
With a background in International Relations, I see wellness as both personal and collective, shaped by connection, culture, and the spaces we move through.
Today, my classes are a space to breathe, move, and reconnect, where strength softens, ease emerges, and movement becomes meaning.

Rooted In Tradition
Yoga as we practice it today comes from generations of Indian philosophy and spiritual wisdom. I’m committed to honoring that lineage in every class, incorporating Sanskrit words, drawing inspiration from Indian teachers and texts, and grounding movement in the principles of breath, presence, and compassion. What I share is both a modern expression and a grateful bow to the roots that made it possible.
